Incorrect Refund

Hi I'm hoping someone can help,
Around 2 years ago I was given a laptop as a present to help with schoolwork and AVG was already installed. It was the free antivirus and I never bought and additional features or signed up for a free trial. I deleted it later due to constant pop ups and spam emails.
Over 2 years I have been charged £125 without anyone in my family realising. I only found out I was being charged £45 again because I needed to check my spam folder for a misplaced homework file.
Over a week ago I requested a refund since I was wrongly charged for a product I never used or purchased, and a confirmation email was sent confirming my refund.
However, despite saying it will be 3-7 days I have only received £45, and am still owed A LOT.
I don't know what to do since I have never had to deal with unethical companies before, but I hope it is simply a mistake, and I hate to leave negative reviews without giving AVG a chance to make it right.
Also, how do I ask them to delete my details? I would feel safer knowing they cannot take any more, but cannot find any way to request this and don't want to delete my account since cutting off contact is how this happened in the first place.
