Hi,
I've just received notices saying my AVG subscriptions cannot be renewed on  a particular credit card number. The card was changed some time ago but I can see no way to directly contact AVG so have resorted to the community in the hope that the company monitors it.

My message was:
Can you tell me which product this refers to.  My AVG product dates are:

Anti virus - renewed 17/07/19; order No. [order no removed]; card ending 5605
Tune up - renewed 05/11/19 ;order No. [order no removed];card ending 5605
Secure VPN - new 28/07/19; order No. [order no removed]; card ending 5605
Anti tracking - new 05/03/20; order No. [order no removed]; card ending 5605

All are for two-year terms. Which product is due for renewal?

You may need to update your records as the card ending 6558 is no longer in use.

Hhi Sarath,  My post was because it it not easy to connect to AVG.  All the programmes in my message are currently active under payment fromm a different crdit card. Last four numbers are 5605 and this is the only card I have.  Any programmes shown due under another card should be deleted from my records.
