Infected files cannot be deleted nor found?

Please be informed that this issue on AVG Antivirus for Mac is a known bug.
The fix is ready and will be released through 17.2 version as soon as possible.

HI there, i've made multiple virus scans on my Macbook Retina mid 2012 (version 10.11.6) and the AVG app still shows me that there are 3 infected files found that cannot be deleted. I only have the option to go back to Dashboard. For some reason the app says the infected files are located at System>Library>Frameworks>AnastomoticAntitypically.framework (the heck is that??) but when i try to find them using Finder, they are nowhere to be found… I tried to re-install the app but it didn't help.
