On December 29 2014 after avg performed a scheduled computer scan I recieved the following detection notice.  avg will not let me remove the threat.  The notice is as follows:

Infected;"Message";"The file is signed with a broken digital signature, issued by: iAnywhere Solutions.";"c:\PROGRA~2\Intuit\QUICKB~1\dbextclr11.exe (1128)";"Infected"
