I tried running the AVG Remover as well and reinstalling with the same results. I also tried to download a different installer (one I found on CNet) and it also produced the below error.

This is my first time using AVG and upon initial installation I tried to install AVG Protection and I get an error code of "0xE001003e." Here is an image of the error:
I also have a .cab log dump, but I'm not really seeing a place to upload that here. If it helps, the error occurs when the installation gets to 86% completion. I'm willing to provide any other information I can to assist in tracking down this issue.

Hi Sathish,
I was attempting to download the Free Version of AVG from this site:

Doing so gave me an installation file of the name, "AVG_Protection_Free_1004.exe" I was not actively trying to choose a product named Zen or not. If this isn't the right product I be trying to access then can you help guide me to the right version?
