Inline Hook ntoskrnl.exe detection

Hello Bradley,
Please provide us with the screenshot of the infections detected so that we could analyze the issue more better. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot to create the screenshot.
Thank you.

Hi, recently my AVG (Free Version) has been detecting these 'inline hook ntoskrnl.exe' during each scan but has been unable to cure and remove them. I have tried multiple other anti-rootkit softwares since then but none have been able to detect the same issues that AVG has. Therefore, I am wondering if these may be a case of false positive detections, although I am worried to just assume that incase they're not.
(first detection 28/09/16).
If anyone could help me find out whether these are serious threats or not, that would be great.
Thank you.

Thank you for providing the screenshot, Bradley.
