Have you tried to open AVG email on your Browser?

Dear sirs,
Earlier today I renewed my AVG protection.
Following the installation, I received an instruction that to complete the installation process I had to respond to an email.
I checked my in box and opened the AVG email, but apart from the AVG logo there was no where for me to 'respond' and the AVG email address was noreply@mail.avg.com .
Please inform me how I complete the installation process?
