Installation error failure code 0x80010299

dear AVG

yesterday i bought AVG_Internet_Security_Business for 2 devices, 1 pc and 1 mobile 
the mobile version works fine, but i keep getting a error during the installation of the 64 bit version of the pc version  http://prnt.sc/dcjs0b  <<< print screen is in dutch 

i already cleaned my pc with the remover tool, but nothing is to find 

also there is no other virus scan of something like that on my computer wich can couse an conflict 

what must i do
