I am trying to install the basic protection on HP Pavilion x2 10-n005na and keep getting the above error code.
I have had to uninstall McAfee.
Any ideas?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you have other third party antivirus program on your PC then you will get the error for the installation of AVG Protection.
Please check on your C drive whether any McAfee folder is still present, if it is there please delete it and restart your computer.
