Installation failure of AVG Ultimate

AVG Remover kept abruptly disappearing after a couple of restarts, but AVG Clear ran well. I did manage to get Internet Security up and running but it refuses to install Tuneup. It is running on Windows Vista Home Basics and I suspect that it's just too old to run it. I'm happy to have Internet Security up and running though; that was my main concern. Thanks for the help which has made the conputer safe again.
