You cannot install the AVG Internet Security over the AVG Anti Virus Free. Since both the products are same but some of the paid features are available only in the AVG Internet Security.
You just have to activate the AVG Anti Virus and convert the product into AVG Internet Security to get the paid features.

The product can be activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.
