Installation of AVG TuneUp and VPN fails on one machine

Could you clarify on which operating system Huawei Matebook is running?

After upgrading today onto Ultimate. Afterwards I could install the additional apps on two of my Windows 10 machines without any issues.

On my Huawei Matebook the installation of AVG TuneUp and VPN inside the AVG Internet Security - listed under my abo - always fails.

When I download the version from the AVG My Account page, the installation runs without any issues, but the activation fails. When I run AVG TuneUp and try to sign up with my subscription key it fails. Using my account returns into the error 0x2000BFFB.

Even an uninstallation through the AVG Unclean didn't work finally.

From your description, we assume that the installation failed when initiated from the AVG Internet Security program interface.
Also, we've checked & we couldn't locate any active AVG subscriptions under the email address you've used to contact us.
