Installation of AVG Tuneup & tech support not allowed

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have checked your previous case record and found that you have contacted our technical chat support previously and they have started assisting you in booting your PC into Safe mode but as you mentioned that you couldn't boot your PC into Safe mode. You also mentioned that this has happened after installing our AVG PC tuneup program.
Did you create a System Restore point for your Operating System?

I find it disconcerting that download and installation of your product screwed up my computer, and even though I just paid for AVG Internet security, which should have come with tech support, another download you offered from the operations creen of Internet Security, once downloaded, was not supported.
