I downloaded and tried installing the free version of AVG yesterday but it doesn't seem to have worked. When I try again it says that another installation is already happening and gives me an Error code 0xe001f921. I am on Windows 7. How can I remedy this? I tried installing your free program last year and again it didn't work.
