Installation & operation of my AVG Programmes

Dear Sir/ Madam,
In response to details sent earlier may I request your help ASAP.
I am unable to access my normal AVG Programme which I assume was "renewed" in early June 2015. My computer was changed at around the same time and it may be that your communication was lost, however I do have confirmation that a sum of £33.99 was transferred to AVG eCommerce via Pay Pal and from my account on 13th June 2015. (Invoice No.36-5394437 - Transaction No.8U356965JK071583E)
I have tried accessing my account in the advised way but without success. The password being refused, and there has been no reponse to my  normal request for renewal of password.
On finding a registration number attached to my clipboard I tried recovering the programme but was told that the last 4 figures were missing.
In the past I have used:- The normal AVG Programme; AVG Tune Up; AVG Driver Update, but none of these are available to me at present. The temporary free AVG programme is due to "run out" in 24 hours & therefore immediate advise, help and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
