This issue might happen due to technical glitches in AVG program.
Please share us the screenshot of error message when enabling hacker attacks component.

Installed AVG on 2 machines. The iMac went fine with no issues. The MacBook Pro (Catalina 10.15.5) shows 2 issues. "Computer not protected" and "Hacker Attacks not protected". Clicking on either red icon reports that there are problems on the AVG side. How come one install is OK and the other isn't?
