Installed AVG Secure VPN on four devices but account shows 0 devices

My computer already has basic AVG internet security. This was set up by our office mgr some years ago. Today, window popped up offering premium services called AVG Secure VPN.  So, I purchased it using my credit card, my email address and my password.  I (thilnk?) I installed AVG Secure VPN on my laptop, 2 iPhones and an iPad.  But in "subscriptions" it says I have it "currently used on 0 devices."  I followed the instructions under: "

"Why don’t I see all of my subscriptions?

Some subscriptions are not shown on this page. Learn more about missing info,"

But it did not help.  It seems our office mgr set up the original account with her email address and password.  Her email address appears, so I clicked on it.  So, it seems to recognize that this is all 1 account with a 2nd email address and password. Although I selected the office mgr's email address,  I do not know her password and mine does not work.  I get a message that says the original email is under a different account.
