Hi all. I had the AVG "free month trial" and then on expiry downloaded the software to install. I think I have followed all the steps and received an e-mail welcoming me. BUT… The old message stating that the Free one has expired keeps on coming back. Questions: 1. How do I know the new AVG software is installed. 2. How do I get rid of the pop-up? Thanks Peter

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.
    Thank you.
