Hi,
I really am having a terrible time getting over this…
My old laptop is dead! I already have a 2 year subscription.
When trying to install avg to my new laptop I am told "incompatible" "cannot install" etc etc.
I had lost my previous password for when I had bought the 2 year subscription so I created a new account. Is this what is stopping me?
I still have my license number but cannot enter it anywhere because the software will not load. I am running on the "free" version at the moment.
Can anyone PLEASE help a 77 year old to get this installed?
