I purchased a 2 year version but it didn't install. It said there was an error.  I followed the instructions as they came up and I think that I have installed a free version instead.  How can I make sure that I have the 2 year purchased version installed.

Sharon, Bring up your AVG User Interface. What does it read in the top LH corner?.
