Thank you.
I use AVG Ultimate and have it installed on 8 devices, which include my desktop, my laptop and my a few android phones. Until recently, AVG was installed on my Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-T520, but I had a problem with the Tablet and had to restore it to factory settings, hence I wiped AVG off the system. I have tried re-installing AVG Free which should then allow me to input my licence key number and then I can continue using my AVG Ultimate; unfortunately to no avail! Google Play will not install AVG on my Tablet and reports "your device isn't compatible with this version". Can anyone help?
Hi, thank you for the response. The operating system of my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro is Android Version 4.4.2
Hope that helps.

Thank you for clarifying, Michael.
It seems that the Android version on your tablet doesn't allow to install AVG, as AVG can be used on Android 6.0 or higher.
However, we're glad to help pointing you in the right direction. We do have a specialized team who deals with mobile queries.
