This error message indicates that you have an older version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your computer.

Click open control panel on your computer and uninstall the older version of AVG PC TuneUp.

Once this is done, install the latest version of AVG PC TuneUp http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp and check if that fix the issue.

When installing AVG tuneup Iam told It is not compatible with another AVG product already installed.
