Installing AVG Security

Thank you for contacting us and we regret to hear your AVG Firewall is inactive. Please try to reset AVG Firewall to default settings as described below:
Open AVG
Go to the Firewall component
Click Reset to default
Wait until the operation is finished.
If that does not help, please check if you have any other conflicting firewall apps and uninstall them.
You could also try to run repair installation ( avgclick.me/RepairAVG ) of your AVG Internet Security.

I installed the new AVG security and  it installed everything, Except the firewall security. It states that firewall is not protected.  Prior to installing /reactivating  my new license the fire wall was protected.

Why is  the fire wall not protected?

Is this an error or what?
