OK I originally installed a 2 yr AVG Ultimate protection on my old system which has died! After months of waiting I finally purchased a new computer! I've identified my account and luckily I still have 250 days left from my first (old computer) account.I followed the instructions on trying to load the software which fails completely with the error code of 0xe001f958 I've followed all instructions in reinstalling the software! Yes I had originally installed the free software version while I waited for my account approval! I've removed the free version and followed the floormat in reinstalling the AVG Ultimate Software which fails to install completely over and over again! I have followed the two step procedures before installing my software only to continuously fail at installing my software on my new computer! My error code 0xe001f958 is not listed in the general help files! Please advise me on what I need to do to take care of this situation! Unfortunately I'm a old deaf Artist who has a very limited income!
