From the provided screenshot, it seems that there are few network interruptions or communication issues.
Please try changing the DNS settings on your computer & then attempt to install to check if it helps.
I have paid for AVG Ultimate for 10 devices but can't add it to any. I have downloaded it, clicked Yes to let it make changes to my computer and then I get a black rectangle with the Avg symbol and a light grey bar underneath (which I assume would change colour if anything was happening) then I get the following despite the internet connection being fine. Any help appreciated, including how to actually contact a human at AVG about the problem.
