AVG Ultimate includes the features of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp for multiple windows PC and android devices. It looks like the activation code is not successfully synchronized in the program or you may need to reactivate the products to upgrade to paid version.
Please open AVG Internet Security/AVG PC TuneUp > My AVG > My Subscription > Log out. Once you get the options 'Login' and 'Enter your activation code', select 'Login' and enter your AVG MyAccount credentials to activate the product. Restart your PC to save the changes made.

I bought AVG Ultimate in Feb. 2019. I then installed it . After several months, I noticed my Ultimate was gone and instead I had AVG Antivirus free. Everytime I reinstalled Ultimate in a few minutes it turns into AVG Antivirus free. Any ideas as why this happens? My previous versions of ultimate I bought in store had a CD and I had no problems.
