Hello Zhi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of AVG Zen program that you are trying to install?
Is it free, trial or paid  version?
We request you to try using our AVG Remover tool once and then install AVG Zen program.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

I have been unsuccessfully trying to install the ZEN AVG, I keep getting the error code: 0xC0070643 and in the description it says: General error (0x0643). Do someone know how to fix this? Thanks you.  .
