Please note that we have checked your account details and found you have migrated to AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) from AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license. The new product does not require a license number as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.
Also you need to uninstall your older version of AVG Internet Security before installing the new one.

I have paid for Internet protection renewal but don't know how to install it. Order no 75578711. Avg order reference 701-6639893. Invoice no 3502879712 dated 07-02-2017. Avg internet security-unlimited. Cost paid credit card  £46.99. 
You also took the same amount for the same product on 09-02-2017 which has now been refunded.It seems as though when you gave me the refund you also blocked me registering the protection I originally paid for. 
I am very worried that I won't be protected especially as I have Internet banking, can you help me please.
