I have been trying to install the AVG tune up that I have just purchased I have tried everything i can find in instructions and support. I have downloaded it 3 times and each time when it has finished its 10 minutes it brings up a box that says do you want to uninstall the AVG tuneup and I say no and then nothing else happens. When I try clicking the tune up icon on my screen it just tells me to buy the product which I have just done…! I have received my invoice and order and activation numbers but I CANNOT install it.
