Hello Rajarajan,
In the mailing of myaccount@mail.avg.com - I became the confirmation to login with my AVG contact adress: resp. my mailingadress/password. Once I have done this - I do have the possibility to download the AVG Performance PRO/Tune Up programm with following possibilities:

- AVG PC TuneUp voor pc:  productinfo / gebruikershandleiding / downloaden
- AVG Cleaner PRO voor Android:  productinfo / downloaden
- AVG Cleaner voor Mac:  productinfo / downloaden

Cause I do not use Android, neither Mac - I am chosing for the first option AVG PC Tune Up voor pc. When I am pushing the option "downloaden" : NOTHING IS HAPPENING - In my opinion it stocks somewhere. Please advise

I have bought your AVG product PC Tune Up d.d. May 2nd 2016. With your instructions on myaccount@mail.avg.com I have the possibility to login with my mailadress and password: BUT when I am trying to download the programm it refuses always. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to run our AVG remover tool once and then try installing AVG Performance program.
To download our AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://af-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: Once the remover tool done with the progress please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG remover" folder.

To download, install and activate AVG Performance Multidevice, please follow the instructions mentioned in this link:
