Installing to Windows

Upon checking your account, we can see that you have an active AVG Secure VPN (Multi-Device) subscription.
Could you let us know whether AVG Secure VPN has been installed on your computer?
To check this, please follow the below steps:

  1. Press and hold Windows key on the keyboard and then press R at the same time.
  2. In the run window, type the command "appwiz.cpl" and then click ok.
  3. Once the programs list appears, check if AVG Secure VPN is listed under it.

If AVG Secure VPN is installed in your computer, please activate it as mentioned in this article.
However, if AVG Secure VPN is not listed under the programs list, please let us know. Also, specify the operating system of your computer.

I purchased a subscription on my Windows laptop, but cannot seem to install it.  I successfully added my iphone to the subscription, but I can't get it to work on my laptop.  It goes through the motions, but then stops before I get to put in the activation code. I'm wondering if my computer is too old?  Has anyone else had this problem?  Thanks!
