I have uninstalled and re-installed VPN, rebooted the modem and router and still no result. This went bad on Tuesday, and to date I can only access my browsers with VPN off. I have 3 computers subscribed to VPN and will have to cancel if you can't fix it. I don't wish to continue paying for defective service.
Hi Glen.
It could be possible that the VPN server you are connected to is not allowing any traffic.
I'd request to turn off AVG Secure VPN, click Change location, choose another nearest location and try to connect to internet.
connection between the router and internet is blocked unless I turn VPN off
Glen, we appreciate your efforts but regret to hear that the issue persists.
I have sent an email containing instructions to get further help. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
Still doesn't work. Now, my Chrome secure as well as Google are locked out. Are you sure you haven't infected my computer?

This couldn't be an infection issue, Glen.
Please uninstall AVG Secure VPN and reinstall it to check if that resolves the connection issue.
Hello again. Sorry to report after your man Sandhya worked on our problem it appeared it was solved, and worked for about 5 minutes, but now back where we started. The correction also failed on my HP laptop, where it had been working fine as well up until this past Tuesday.
I really don’t wish to spend any more time on this, and respectfully request that you cancel my 3 subscriptions and refund monies already paid. I have removed the VPN programs.
Thank you,
Glen Widdifield
