I am sorry to hear about that. Do you have AVG AntiVirus installed on your PC? If you do, please disable it temporarily and check if you could access the web pages or connect to our remote support.
To disable AVG protection, please right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider.

I have AVG PC Tune Up…
i ran the scan and it said to change browser which I did to google.
it didn't work so I changed back to blank.
it now has no error message but when I type in a few web pages says cannot display webpage,
