I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have subscribed for both AVG Internet Security and TuneUp product.
Open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard, click on "SpeedUp PC" and select "Background & Startup programs"
Click on option that shows "programs that are sleeping" and check whether Internet Explorer is listed in it.
If yes, click on "Wake Up" and check whether you are able to access the browser.
If the issue persists, (disable AVG Internet Security temporarily) and check whether it resolves the issue.
Just update AVG software on my desktop and laptop. Desktop operating Windows 10 and Laptop Win 8. No problem with laptop! Internet explorer will not open after instillation on Desktop. What can I do?
