Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".

Make sure the above settings are applied and let us know if the issue persists.

Are you using a 30 day free trial of AVG Internet Security as we could not find an active AVG subscription registered to the email address you used to contact us? Please also let us know which version of Windows OS are you using the AVG application on.

I can't access my web service when AVG firewall is active

Windows 10  Professional and i have the avg ultimate subscription i purchased from app store.
