I have the same problem with the same product. I have installed windose 10 x64. Disabling AVG security software does not help. Moreover, it is not afterward turned back on. The installer does not start up, but hanging in the background as a process. Have to download AVG_Remover, completely uninstall the product and reinstall my AVG Ultimate again. It takes a lot of my working time. This is unacceptable for a paid product!
