Initially, please clarify whether the site is inaccessible in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers & what happens exactly while accessing them. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, let us know whether you're connected through Secure VPN & the version of AVG installed on your computer (Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - About).
Meanwhile, please disable AVG protection temporarily to check whether it is blocking the access.

since installing several AVG products there are a couple of web sites i cannot open like Coles online shopping but can access everything else to do with coles, also Bunnings and a couple of others.
i am not very computer savvy so dont quite know where to start

no error messages still happening after disabled software version 22.11.3261
