Internet Security 2015, restart PC, changes to Free Edition

Hello Miguel, thank you for the information. Are you trying to install the paid or trial version of your AVG Internet Security program? There is only trial and paid version for AVG Internet Security. If you have installed the trial version then after 30 days it will get expired and you cannot make use of the program once it is expired. You can downgrade from trial to free version and the free doesn't show up any number of days, it is totally free.

Hello all

I bought a 3 user/3 year license of AVG Internet Security 2015.
Installed on one PC, says license is valid, installs.
The asks to restart pc to activate the firewall.
When I do that, it changes to the Free Edition.
When I put int he licence again, it repeats itself, valid - need restart - free edition again - rinse and repeat.

What is happening?

I'm using AVG Internet Security 2015 on a windows 7 Pro 32-bit notebook.
Its working now, but every second bootup it reminds me I have 938± days remaining in my subscription.

Weird.

Thank you for the information Miguel. I am unable to pull up your record that is the reason I raised that question. I would request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:

1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
