G'day folks.
Has anyone received the updated AVG today (24-8-2017) and have the AVG Internet Security option, full protection? I am attempting to access my Data Safe via the menu in Internet Security and it is telling me the Data Safe either is moved, or deleted!
I have a 500 Gb safe sat there unable to be accessed now. Fortunately all my files and folders there are saved elsewhere too. But this is inconvenient.
Do I delete the safe (if I can), and begin again?

Two of my three computers were updated today. Lost the AVG DataSafe on those two upgraded. Mine on on the main harddrive. I do have backups of the contents.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. By default, all safes are stored in the Documents folder. May I know in which location did you save the data safe and let us know if it is on an external hard drive.

Yeah the Data Safe is on my external :E drive.

It is 500 Gb and further, it is not held within a Documents folder there.

Brian,

It is better if you create the AVG Data Safe again on two of your PC's as you have the backup on the main hard drive.
