Hi
I am using Zen network to keep an eye on all the updates etc, I have just added a new computer to the network by adding and inviting by email which worked fine and I can see the computer on the network but it says it's not protected though it is clearly installed and working on the new computer, I also have PC Tuneup which is working fine and I can see it on the network.
I have tried the uninstall and reinstall thing but still can't find the problem
Hi Thanks for getting back in touch
Here is a screen shot of the computer as you can see tune up works fine
