Internet Security app says out of date, update search never completes

Was about to contact for the remote support from your email, tried the install/update one more time and this time it went through fine, now at 19.7. Thanks anyway!

Yes, we have released 19.7 version for AVG Internet Security.

I have sent an email to provide additional support to update AVG. Please check the email and follow the instructions.

My copy of AVG Internet Security says it is out of date. Currently have version from June 25 2019, version 19.6.3098

but if I click on Check For Updates it just puts up the spinning search forever - hours and hours. I tried doing a manuall update from the website, downloaded the app updater and installer, but when I run them it says that I have a newer version installed than what I am trying to update to.
Any suggestions on what to do? Is there really a newer version than June?
