Hi,

I have experienced a problem with my AVG Internet Security software this evening. It stopped working and requested that I re-enter my license details. I did this which initiated a re-installation.

This has failed several times and on the last occasion I received this message…

Error code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install product
Context: AVG product installation, MSI action failed 

My license is valid until 01/02/2017.

Do I remove all AVG software and re-install? Grateful for any advice.
