Thank you for providing screenshot. The issue might be because of the previous/old AVG free Antivirus traces. In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. Please follow the instruction ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. After the computer reboots, please follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.

You do not have to purchase AVG Internet Security again. AVG AntiVirus you have purchased is updated to AVG Internet Security.
After the recent update, all AVG AntiVirus programs are auto updated to AVG Internet Security. Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the AVG window you get, we will check the same and assist you further with the activation.
I have AVG Ani-Virus installed on my PC, now i am getting this message to renew the Internet Security which i have not both or not want to buy, what now? How can i skip this and get back to my Anti-Virus dashboard?
