   My AVG Internet Security for my desk top computer system says I am fully protected, but the hacker attack says I have to turn on enhanced firewall. The red dot does not open when I press it to go ON. It seems the red button to turn it on does not work.  A check mark appears; but it still indicates Firewall not on. Can you please help.
