Internet Security subscription

I have paid an annual subscription to AVG Security Unlimited and the installation completed last night. It currently shows it to be only a 30 day installation and my account does not acknowledge the subscription that I've paid. How do I remedy the situation?

Internet Security Unlimited paid for last night, order number (Order number deleted) order ref number (Order number deleted).  Funds taken by AVG but no subscription credited to my account.
