Internet Security Update - Outlook now crashes

I request you to get our additional support as you have already tried reinstalling AVG program and add-on.
An email instruction has been sent on how to get connected with the support.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I updated my AVG Internet Security (program update) this morning and now the anti-virus add in causes Outlook to crash.  I've tried repairing AVG and I've uninstalled and reinstalled AVG and Outlook still crashes if the add in is enabled.  I can't get anything done without Outlook and I don't want to use it without anti-virus screening emails as they come in.  Please help!!

Todd, I understand your concern.
In this case, I have sent an email instruction on how to collect and send us AVG log files.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Per securities and other federal laws, I am not allowed to allow remote access to my system as you suggest.  Please provide a different option as remote access is not possible.
