Internet security won't update

Clay, it seems that you have an older version of AVG Internet security.

You have to uninstall the product using the clear tool in order to remove the old traces.

Restart the computer after running the tool.

Then reinstall the product again and activate it.

Let us know, if you face any issue.

I have the same issue, worse my computer although it will take screen shots of nearly anything else ... will not on this.  So I've taken a picture and e-mailed to myself so I can attatch it here.

Simply put it will not update ... every time ... you attempt to update it comes up with a response that your AVG has been updated but the Icon will not reflect.

 How can I be certain that the update was taken if it will not reflect the update on the panel.

Please do not ask for another worthless screenshot ... do your own homework ... it is what you are paid to do.

Every time I try and update internet protection a tab comes up to say  'update completed successfully' but remains in the red 'alert' mode on AVG Zen. How can I solve this?

Robert, AVG has discontinued the ZEN framework. Zen framework will be removed in the upcoming update.
If you face any issues with the Zen frame work, please ignore it.
