For the last 2 weeks If I start Internet Security it shows not protected and 2 items are turned off Behaviour Shield and Ransomware protection which I switch on. However after that AVG TuneUp says it cannot work and I have to reinstall it.
It all then works and if I hibernate and then start it upmit still works. But if I Shut down and start or restart it shows not protected again and I repeat the procedure.
How many times can I hibernate before I need to start up and what is the problem some malware may have got in that activates on start up.
Hi made no difference to Internet Security it still gave unprotected (not always same fields) but AVG Tuneup did work fine.
My problem is that Internet Security when loaded by restart or start always has some holes, I know my router is fairly old could that be the problem?

From our knowledge the network speed will not impact the components. However, you can check with a different network connectivity & let us know the outcome. If issue persists, let us perform a clean installation using the removal tool.
