I understand your concern. I request you to open control panel > program and features and look for AVG Internet Security. I also request you to check if you see AVG icon in system tray ( click on "up arrow" in the right down of your desktop window). If you will be able to open AVG Internet Security on your computer, then you can click on My AVG > My Subscription > Enter new license number to activate your AVG Internet Security using new license number. Note: If you see your email address, then please click on logout button and then you will be able to see "Enter new license number".

I read all your recommendations …but I did not open my AVG icon on desktop…because it is expaired…
