Hello Barry,

Let's have a look at it. Could you share the screenshot of AVG interface & version you have installed? Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version, it should be 18.7.

My Internet Security says 'not protected' needs update, I click on fix and it updates and a box says update successful but the main screen still says not protected???
